A New Dawn!

Tour's over. A New Dawn Ahead!

I wrote 3 pages on the last tour and my internet took a shit right before I hit "publish", so this one's gonna be short and sweet.
Tour was awesome! Fishbone's awesome! Heavy Mojo's awesome! All the cities that took us in and all the people that came out to the shows are awesome! Sometimes almost too awesome (as you can see in the "Winter Tour 08" video). We have thousands of pics and some live vids up too!
But a new dawn is ahead. We have some great shows coming up (check out the double date with Iration! Bad!) and of course the great SXSW! (South by Southwest for the layman) After that it's back on the road for the Spring 09 tour! Dates will be up soon for that. We've also been writing songs like crazy and will be spending the beginning of the year recording for a new release! yeah! that's right! new shit!

First Thank you to everyone who has been coming out to see us play whether its your first time or your 100th. We've got some new videos we hope you enjoy. Thanks to Moboogie who posted this video of The Meeting @ Cervantes in Denver, and Uncle Jeff for posting one the most fun moments of our career when we were joined on stage by Angelo Moore & John McKnight from FISHBONE for Thrill of the Hunt in Detroit. Willmington, NC tonight, we look forward to seeing the rest of you as he head into the second leg of this tour! And please if you have any pics or videos of your own post and share them with us! Tour so far...

So I'm sitting on some chicks couch in seattle right now. Tom's in front of me on the floor passed out, tony's upstairs in someones bed and I have no clue where anyone else is. including the girls whose house it is. I'm pretty sure their names are natalie and laura. Thanks guys! you've been more than hospitable! I like your couch and I helped myself to your coffee machine!
Everyone on the road so far has been cool. the guys from Heavy Mojo are kinda sober soldiers so we haven't caused to much chaos with them (although they're all super duper dudes), but fishbone on the other hand is hilaaaaaaarious. and they keep giving us beers! right on! Their show last night was un-fucking believable. I think it took em a couple shows to hammer out the kinks and last night it all came together. I've never seen a band bring that kind of a party. awesome. and...awesome. Its great (and scary) that we still have 3 weeks with em! I encourage everyone and their brothers to come see a show. and bring the kids!
Mishaps so far have been at a minimum. A few wrong turns on the road (literally), a few spilled beers, and a few things lost. some were found. Fik's phone was not that lucky as of yet though.
You can stand up in our van! and yes, we have dance parties!
Ima get some more coffee and try to find out what the hell is happening.
